Carmi Police report a man was stopped for driving a four wheeler on the roadway Friday night at the 600 block of 8th Street in Carmi. 39 year old Curtis Bertram of Carmi was cited for driving while his license was revoked and for operation of a non-highway vehicle. He posted $250 bond on the scene and was released.
