The White County Sheriff’s Department received a call Thursday morning in regards to a wanted individual at the White County Probation office. Sheriff Jordan Weiss along with Conservation officer Meadows arrived at the Probation office and arrested 41 year old Dennis Wingo of Carmi on a White County Warrant. Wingo was wanted on the warrant for Domestic Battery. He was booked in the White County where bond was set at $5,000 of which $500 was due for his release. Wingo paid bond and was released. Wingo is scheduled to appear in White County Court on May 9th at 9 AM.
