Whitehead Sentenced To Two Years In The Illinois Department Of Corrections

A Jerseyville man will be spending the next two years in the Illinois Department Of Corrections after being sentenced in White County Court Monday Morning. 31 year old Joshua Whitehead was sentenced to 2 years in the IDOC for Theft, a class 4 Felony, with 6 months Mandatory Supervised Release.

Whitehead was represented by Public Defender Myra Yelle-Clark. State’s Attorney Denton Aud prosecuted the case, Judge T Scott Webb was the presiding Judge and Carmi Police Department was the investigating agency.
