White County hasn’t reported a positive case of CoViD-19 since May 31st. Today is June 17th and yet statistics still show the county has 18 individuals in the recovery phase for the virus. Since the first case showed up in White County, a toddler on Sunday, April 18th, there have been a total of 1,811 lab confirmed positives. Following the numbers throughout the pandemic has been tricky at times however. Egyptian Health Department shows 1,766 individuals as recovered to date to go along with 27 individuals who officials say died directly due to or because of CoViD-19. Saline County is still showing 8 individuals in recovery. Meanwhile, Gallatin County has 4 individuals still recovering according to the latest information provided Wednesday afternoon.
