White County Sheriff Department Arrests

37-year-old Christina McKay turned herself in on a White County Warrant for Failure to Appear for the charge of Criminal Trespass to Land.

White County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call that a child had been struck by a vehicle.

Crossville First Responders arrived on the scene to find the juvenile was alert with minor scrapes and injuries.

Officers observed Amy Flowers and asked her what had happened. Flowers stated that she noticed the juvenile was on his bike on the sidewalk when he crossed in front of her, causing her to hit him with her vehicle.

The responding officer noticed Flowers was distraught. The officer ran the vehicle registration; it came back expired. Flowers’ driver’s license was also run, and her driving status came back revoked.

Flowers was advised that she was under arrest for driving with a revoked license and taken to the White County Jail, where she was later released.
