A Crossville woman was taken into custody on a White County warrant. Reporting Officer Deputy Wicker went to 1007 Superior Avenue in Crossville in an attempt to locate 39 year Betty Griffin who was wanted on White County Warrant for Criminal Damage to Property, Theft and Criminal Trespass. Wicker informed Griffin that she has an active warrant for her arrest. Griffin was transported to the White County Jail. Bond was set at $250. Griffin paid bond and was released. Griffin is set to appear in court on May 31st.
Another White County individual was arrested on a White County warrant Monday. At around 5:15 p.m. Deputy Wicker and an officer with the Carmi Police Department went to 521 Abelson Drive in reference to wanted subject Tyson Stocke. Officers were met by Stocke through a garage, who then informed of the warrant. Stocke was taken into custody and transferred to the White County Jail. Stocke was wanted for Driving While Suspended. Bond for Stocke was set at $1500. A court date has been set for May 31st.
