White County Clerk Asks Voter with Mail-In Ballots to Mail Them or Bring Them to the County Clerk’s Office

White County Clerk Beth Sell is asking voters with ballots in their possession to please mail or bring it in person to the County Clerk’s office.  She is asking voters to not take it to their polling place on election day.
