The White County Board will meet Tuesday at 7:00PM at the White County Courthouse. With respect to the Circuit Court, they ask that you please wear a mask when entering the building and courtroom. Please maintain a social distance and once seated, you may remove your mask.
The busy agenda includes the adoption of the 2021 White County Budget, adoption of the 2020 payable 2021 Tax Levy for White County, Egyptian Health Department, Coleman Tri- County Services and Extension Council Service, consideration of the appointment of Gary Morris to the Mill Shoals District NO. 3 Drainage District for a term ending on the First Tuesday in September, 2023, the appointment of John L. Campbell to the Granny Tweedle Levee Drainage District for a term ending on the First Tuesday in September, 2023, the appointment of Bill Jones to the Mud Creek Drainage District for a term ending on the First Tuesday in September, 2023, the appointment of David Brown to the Hawthorne Drainage District No. 2 for a term ending on the First Tuesday in September, 2023, the appointment of Albert Walsh to the Half Moon Drainage District for a term ending on the First Tuesday in September, 2023, the appointment of Tim Barbre to the Randolph District No. 1 for a term ending on the First Tuesday in September, 2023, an amendment to Section F of the Commercial Solar Farms Ordinance, the Preliminary Engineering Agreement Section #20-10134-00-BR in Phillips Road District CR 1800N over Crooked Creek – 1.8 miles SW of Crossville, the State of Illinois Department of Transportation Agreement for Railway-Highway Grade Crossing Improvements, the reappointment of Justin Dartt to the Egyptian Health Department Board of Directors for a 2 year term starting December 1, 2020, and bidding on ambulances.
There will also be Executive Session for Personnel and/or Litigation, as well as Reports from County Officers and comments from visitors
