The White County Board will meet tonight at the White County Courthouse.
Numerous items are on the agenda for consideration and/or possible approval: the appointment of Heath Tullis to the GWRPC Board for a two year term; 30 acres of Greenkey Solar in Norris City; resolution of Chapter 705, Section 305/2 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes to select from the General Jury List; a resolution from the County Tax Trustee for a parcel to Rodney Abrahamson for $815; closing the revolving tax fund account and merging the appropriate revenue and expenses with the Treasurer’s fees and expenses; a request for funds in support of local veterans; a change order for the remodel of the former Carmi Times Building; the fifth installment payment to Johannes Construction LLC for the renovation of the former Carmi Times Building out of the ARPA fund; a service agreement and the acceptance and awarding of that bid; payment to US Imaging from ARPA funds; the County Clerk and Recorder Fee Schedule; a resolution for the previous amendments to the budget; and a discussion of UTV/ATV permitting for the county.
There will be the usual reports from county officers, communications to the board, visitor’s comments will be heard, and there will be an Executive Session for personnel and/or litigation.
The next meeting of the White County Board will be June 19th at 9 AM.
