A McLeansboro man is in custody following a traffic stop on Tuesday. An officer with the Carmi Police Department pulled over 26 year old Lyndon T Whildermuth of 312 Jefferson St for failure to use a turn signal when required. Whildermuth told the officer that he didn’t have a valid driver’s license and was also in possession of an open vehicle title.
Whuildremuth was arrested and is being charged with Driving without a Valid Driver’s License and Possession of Title Documentation Without Complete Assignment.
No court date has been set at this time.
