Carmi Police made a couple warrant specific arrests Tuesday evening. Just before 8pm, officers converged on the Marguerite Street apartment of 52 year old Mark Hall. He was wanted on a White County felony warrant for theft. He was taken into custody and processed. Bond for Hall was set at $1,000 and Hall had a date in court Wednesday. Shortly after Hall’s arrest, Carmi PD travelled
to the Maple Street residence of 30 year old Jamie Miles. She was wanted on a White County warrant for Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer and Resisting Arrest. Her bond was set at $5,000 and she also appeared before Judge T Scott Webb Wednesday morning. Miles’ preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 30th.
