The Village of Norris City will hold a Public Hearing at 6:45 p.m. on September 3rd, 2024 at Village Hall, 406 S Division St, Norris City, IL 62869 to discuss applying for an Open Space Land Acquisition and Development Grant (OSLAD) through Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR). The project will include the Norris City Playground and Ball Field Complex.
