Vax to School
With school starting just around the corner and area cases of Covid 19 on the uptick, the Egyptian Health Department and the Illinois National Guard are on the front lines of the fight against the virus and plan a Vax to School vaccination clinic this Saturday, August 7.
The clinic open to all ages, including 12 year old and up. A reminder, children 12 to 17, must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
While this is a back to school event, any individual wanting to receive the vaccination, which will be the Pfizer shot is welcome.
The clinic will be held from 9 until 3 p.m. at the College Heights Baptist Church in Eldorado. The church is located at 2321 Illinois Avenue. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins will be accepted.
