A Carmi man bonded out of the White County Jail following his arrest on Monday evening. Officers with the Carmi Police Department arrested 29 year old Wesley Tyner of 11th Street on a White County Warrant for Disorderly Conduct. Tyner paid $250 bond plus a $20 booking fee and was released about an hour later.
