36 year old Catlin Tyner of Carmi was arrested after a traffic stop at Cherry and Walnut Streets for driving while license suspended or revoked, and was also given a written warning for obstruction of the driver’s view. She was transported to the White County Jail and later bonded out to $250 and a $20 booking fee, all paid in cash.
