32-year-old Tiffany Perusky, of Carmi, was sentenced to a total of four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by a term of one year of Mandatory Supervised Release for Residential Burglary in Edwards County. Perusky will have to pay restitution in the amount of $1,956.77.
Grayville native Tanner Buckman will be serving four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by six-months of Mandatory Supervised release for two charges, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Burglary to a Motor Vehicle, both in Edwards County. Buckman will have to pay a restitution fee of $370.
Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric St Ledger prosecuted both cases while Public Defender Brian Shinkle represented both Perusky and Buckman.
