On March 23rd while on routine patrol Norris City Police Chief Dustin Dale spotted an individual he knew to be wanted on a White County Warrant. Dale made contact with Brandon Garlick of Cherry Street in Norris City and advised that a warrant was out for his arrest for Theft, Criminal Trespassing and Residential Burglary. Garlick was taken into custody without incident. Garlick is scheduled for a Bail Review on March 29th at 9:00 AM. A Preliminary Hearing has been scheduled for April 17th at 10 AM
David Allen Edwards of Eubanks Street in Norris City is in custody after being arrested on a White County Warrant. Edwards is being charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia and Unlawful Use of Property. He appeared in White County Court this morning where bond was set at $50,000 of which 10% has to be paid for his release. He is scheduled to appear for a Preliminary Hearing on April 12th at 11:00 AM.
