Two people were sentenced Monday morning to the Illinois Department of Corrections in White County Court.
43 year old Shawn M. Burgess of Enfield will spend four years in the IDOC with four years of Mandatory Supervised Release (MSR). He was originally arrested by the White County Sheriff’s Department.
Jaxin W. Lee, 19, of Albion will serve three years for Domestic Battery, a Class 4 Felony with 4 years MSR. He was originally arrested by the Grayville Police Department.
Both were represented by Public Defender Brian Shinkle and Judge T. Scott Webb was the presiding judge in both cases. Both individuals had been previously on probation with that probation revoked and new sentences to the Illinois Department of Corrections entered.
