The White County Sheriff’s Department has arrested two on White County Warrants.
On Friday, 42 year old Jeffrey Welty of Albion arrived at the WCSD and turned himself in on the an outstanding warrant. Deputy Matt Wicker met Welty in the lobby of the Sheriff’s Department where he was then processed and booked on a Failure to Appear warrant. Welty then bonded out to $500 cash plus a $20 booking fee and was released.
A little more than an hour later, Deputy Wicker went to a residence on Sycamore Street in Mill Shoals in search of Kyle Hebner, 34, as he knew him to have an active White County arrest warrant. With the assistance of Conservation Officer Meadows, the Deputy made contact with Hebner and explained he was wanted on a White County Warrant. Wicker placed Hebner under arrest and transported him to the White County Jail. Hebner was released a couple of hours later on $300 cash bond plus a $20 booking fee.
