Three Warrants Served On Individuals Incarcerated In The White County Jail

On the morning of March 12th, 46 year old Roger McGuire of Eldorado was taken to the White County Jail by another arresting agency on a Saline County warrant.  Deputy Michael Brown then went to the jail to serve McGuire with the White County warrant for Failure to Appear, with bond set at $500.  No other details are available.

On the morning of March 14th, White County Sheriff Sgt. Justin Spencer went into the White County Jail to serve 18 year old Benjamin Steele of New Haven with a White County warrant for Aggravated Battery (Strong-Arm of a Non-Family Member on a Public Way – Vine Street in Maunie).  Bail was $5,000 plus a $20 booking fee.  Steele was charged and held pending posting of bond.

And back on Saturday night March 11th, Deputy Trey Simmons served Matthew Swift, 39, of Grayville, with a Failure to Appear Warrant for Driving While License Revoked while Swift was incarcerated in the White County Jail.  Bond was $500 with a $75 Failure to Appear fee.  No other information was made available.
