On November 28th, Officer Kody Jones with the Norris City Police Department went to 401 Conger Street to serve a warrant on 31 Roger L Conner. Conner was wanted on the warrant for Domestic Battery/Disorderly Conduct. Conner was taken into custody and booked in the White County Jail where bond was set at $750. Conner paid bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in White County Court on January 9th at 10 a.m.
On November 29th, Officer Jones with the NCPD arrested 31 Brittany Edwards of E Locust Street on a White County Warrant for 3 counts of Battery. Edwards was taken into custody and booked in the White County Jail. Bond was set at $250. Edwards paid bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court on January 10 at 9 a.m.
Also on November 29th, Officer Jones went to 106 E Cherry Street to serve a warrant on 42 year old Luther W McPherson for Domestic Battery and Disorderly Conduct. McPherson appeared in court this morning for the charges. He is scheduled to appear for a review in April of 2023.
