Three individuals were sentenced in White County Court to the Illinois Department of Corrections Monday morning.
31 year old Joseph Levi Jordan of Crossville was sentenced to 5 years, followed by 2 years Mandatory Supervised Release on a class 2 felony of Unlawful Use of Property, as well as, 5 years followed by 1 year of Mandatory Supervised Release on a class 3 felony Possession of Methamphetamine.
41 year old Jeremy S. Allen of Carmi was sentenced to 4 years on a class 3 felony Aggravated Battery, followed by 1 year of Mandatory Supervised Release, 4 years followed by 4 years Mandatory Supervised Release on a class 4 felony Domestic Battery, and 4 years followed by 1 year Mandatory Supervised Release on a class 4 felony Retail theft.
47 year old Clayton E. Coaliron of Carmi was sentenced to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on a class 3 felony Possession of a Weapon by a Felon. His stay will be followed by 1 year of Mandatory Supervised Release.
