Tax Bill Reminder
The first installment of the 2022 tax bills, payable in 2023 is coming up quick.
Monday, October 16 is the due date for the first installment of White County taxes. The final installment is due on November 15.
Tax payers are reminded the treasurer’s office is no longer in the courthouse but has moved to the former Carmi Times Building. That address is 323 East Main Street, just east of the old courthouse.
Payments may be made in person or mail. If mailing your payment, address it to White County Collector, P.O. Box 369, Carmi, Il 62921.
