A Grayville man will spend up to 5 years behind bars and an additional 6 months of supervised release following his sentencing in White County court Monday. 39 year old Matthew Swift was arrested in March of 2022 and charged with a class 4 felony of Driving While License Revoked. Swift was originally sentenced to 30 days of jail and 2 years of probation back in July of 2022 before that sentence was vacated and a more serious punishment was instituted Monday.
