A Carmi man is in custody following his arrest early this morning. At around 1:30 a.m. an officer with the CPD took 60 year old Jeffrey W Sturgal of 136 10th Street, for Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Violence. Sturgal is being held without bond.
No court date has been set at this time.
