A theft of culvert pipe has been reported to the Carmi Police Department. On October 24th, Darrell Keifer of Carmi reported that sometime over the weekend someone stole 11 feet of 15 inch black corrugated plastic culvert pipe from the backyard at 504 Maple Street in Carmi.
