State Fair Entertainment Lineup
Rock n roll, country and a little comedy rounds out the entertainment lineup at this year’s Illinois State Fair in Springfield.
Rock n roll kicks off the grandstand entertainment Thursay August 12 as Sammy Hagar and the Circle take the stage.
Friday features Kane Brown with Restless Road.
Comedy is highlighted Saturday night, August 14 as Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias takes the stage.
Sunday night, August 15, Toby Keith with Craig Morgan will be the grandstand acts.
A tribute to Neil Diamond, “the Traveling Salvation Show” will take the stage Monday, August 16 for a free concert.
Chris Young, Ingrid Andress and Payton Smith are Tuesday, August 17th featured entertainment.
I love the 90s Tour takes the stage Wednesday night, August 18.
Badflower with Dorothy and the Dead Poets Society are Thursday, August 19, entertainment.
Country star Brett Young with Russell Dickerson are set for Friday, August 20.
It’s more rock n roll on Saturday, August 21 with Bret Michaels and special guest Dee Snider and Dokken, featuring special guest appearance by George Lynch.
George Thorogood with 38 Special will close out the grandstand entertainment Sunday, August 22.
Tickets are available for many of the shows through ticketmaster or they may be purchased in-person at the Grandstand ticket office, Monday through Friday from 8 til 5.
It was pointed out that fairgoers who purchase grandstand tickets will receive a full refund if Covid 19 prevents the fair from being held.
