25 year old Fidel Encarnacion is out on bond following his arrest early Thursday morning on suspected Driving Under the Influence. According to the report, an officer working a traffic detail was parked near Maier Grocery in Crossville overnight. Just before 2am, the officer noticed a vehicle pull in and eventually sped out of the parking lot ramping the curb upon exit prompting a stop. Encarnacion was then given field sobriety tests, a Portable Breath Test, and subsequently placed under arrest. He’s been charged with DUI, Limitations on backing, and Disobeying a Traffic Control Device.
