A Shawneetown woman is sitting at the White County Jail after her arrest on March 1st.
Lucy Logsdon was pulled over by a White County Sheriff’s officer after she was traveling above the posted speed limit. When the officer ran her information, he found that Logsdon was wanted out of White County on a Violation of an Order of Protection warrant.
During the tow inventory, the officer found two separate pill containers containing Tramadol and Diazepam, both Schedule IV narcotics. In the affidavit, Logsdon claimed that she had a doctor ordered prescription for the medication, but when she was given the opportunity to contact the pharmacy, she refused to do so.
Logsdon was arrested for the White County warrant and for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Her bail was set at $500.
