A serious accident Thursday afternoon sent a man and a juvenile to a hospital by helicopter. According to authorities, the SUV the man was driving plowed head on into a tractor and implement west of Grayville on County Line Road near 300 East. Medical personnel say the extrication was prolonged and the man suffered serious injuries.
