At Thursday’s Rotary meeting, Rotarians started the holiday season early by playing Christmas Trivia. All had a great time. Next week we will have our Christmas dinner. Laney York will provide her talents by singing some Christmas songs.
In club business, Rotarians discussed ringing the bell this past Saturday for the Salvation Army. All agreed that it went well and the weather cooperated. Lindsey Shelton won the 50/50 drawing but did not pick the pink ball so the pot rolls over. Kelly Pyle named Cindy Conley the phantom. Rotarians enjoyed Godfather’s Pizza from Huck’s. The club meets at noon on Thursday at the First United Methodist Church. Anyone wishing to get involved is encouraged to come help Rotary with the many local projects and charities that are supported.
