A White County Sheriff Deputy pulled over 25-year-old Stormy Baker for driving 83 mph on IL HWY-1, but it didn’t end there. The deputy noticed a strong odor coming from the vehicle that he believed was cannabis. Baker and her passenger, Kenneth Ripley, got out of the vehicle where Ripley proceeded to take a bag of cannabis and a glass dolphin shaped smoking pipe that was loaded with fresh cannabis out of his pocket. Ripley was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle. Dispatch contacted the deputy and informed him that Baker had a suspended driver’s license, in which Baker was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License.
