A report of a theft took place on the Woodham Lease operated by Keepes Petroleum located on County Road 1900 E south of County Road 2600 N. Michael Keepes of Mt. Carmel told Reporting Officer George Spencer that at some point in the past 10 days, 25 joints of steel pipe were removed from the lease without permission. Keepes advised each joint is approximately 31.5 feet long. He estimated the value of the pipe is approximately $10 per foot for a total value of around $7,785.
