Just before noon Sunday, October 24th, an officer with the White County Sheriff’s Department responded to the area of County Road 1175 East, about a quarter of a mile north of County Road 1200 North in White County, concerning a report of trash being dumped near the Little Wabash River Bridge.
Upon arrival at the dump site, the officer noticed a number of tires, a mattress and box springs, and several miscellaneous pieces of trash. Nothing with any identifying information was found to show who may have dumped the items there.
An incident report was filed with the White County Sheriff’s Department and will be followed up if any new information becomes available.
