A Carmi man is back behind bars after residents in the 700 block of 7th Street called the cops to report him screaming in the street Tuesday night. Carmi Police arrested 29 year old Rex Dalton Reel for the second time this year, and the seventh time since the start of 2022, just before midnight. He’s facing charges for Disorderly Conduct. Reel is still behind bars as of Tuesday morning on $100 bail.
