Officers with the Carmi Police Department arrested a Carmi man on a White County Warrant Tuesday morning. 47 year old Jeffrey Rayburn of Haley Drive was taken into custody at his residence. Rayburn was wanted for Battery and Disorderly Conduct. He was booked in the White County Jail where bond was set at $250. He paid bond and was released about an hour later.
