The IHSA State Finals are something that Ashlyn Rager and Torrie Rider are slightly familiar with.
The duo helped guide the Lady Bulldog Volleyball team to a 4th Place finish in state this past fall, and at the IHSA Girls Track Sectional at Hamilton County on Friday, Rager and Rider punched their ticket up north once again.
Rager placed 1st in Discus with a throw of 35.14 meters (115.2 feet). It is the second consecutive year that Rager qualifies for state in Discus.
Rider place 2nd in Shot Put with a throw of 10.96 meters (35.9 feet).

The IHSA Girls State Track meet will begin with preliminaries on Thursday, May 16.
