Prepayments for the 2019 property taxes will be accepted in our office, by mail or in the drop box through December 31, 2020. After this time, no payments will be taken until the bills are mailed out around the end of January, 2021. Our office made the decision to allow 2019 prepayments through December for those individuals and businesses who want to take advantage of deducting the expense on their 2019 income tax forms. Check with your tax preparer if you have questions about the deductions.
The 2019 taxes will roll to our office on January 2nd, 2021. The prepayment and forfeiture payments will be applied and Mail Communications will print, sort and mail the tax bills by the end of January.
Due Dates for the 2019 taxes will be:
1st Installment- March 15, 2021
2nd Installment- April 15, 2021

· Drop box at the back of the courthouse (Please include parcel numbers on your check.)
· Paying in person in the office (Masks and social distancing are required at this time.)
