21 year old Elijah Persinger of Barnett Street in Harrisburg was arrested early this morning following a call in regards to a disturbance at Hucks on Oak Street. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with employees of Hucks who stated they wished to sign a complaint against Persinger for trespassing, due to him refusing to leave the property. Officers told Persinger he was trespassing and had to leave the property. At the time Persinger refused to give his name and would not leave the business. During the process of the arresting Persinger he became combative. Persinger is being charged with Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Criminal Trespass to Property. He is currently being held without bond.
