The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department was transporting 27-year-old Dillion Parker to the White County Jail. Parker was wanted on a White County Failure to Appear warrant for Driving While License Suspended. The bond for the warrant was $5,000.
A caller reported seeing 48-year-old James Earl at a residence nearby. A White County Sheriff Deputy arrived at the location and found Earl inside. The officer advised Earl of his arrest warrant and placed him in handcuffs. During the search of Earl, a dark colored glasses case was found on him and inside was a glass smoking device with residue inside. The residue was tested and came back positive for Methamphetamine. Along with the arrest warrant, Earl was issued two citations for the Unlawful Use of Property and Possession of Methamphetamine.
Albion resident David Springmeyer was served with a Wayne County Failure to Appear arrest warrant for the offense of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon while he was incarcerated in the White County Jail.
