Driving with an open container of cannabis has resulted in the arrest of a White County. At around 2 a.m. this morning (Monday) an officer with the CPD conducted a traffic stop on 28 year old Andrew B Page of 113 Jeanette St in Carmi. Page was driving on a suspended license and was also found to be in possession of cannabis. Page was booked on the White Count Jail where bond was set at $250. He paid bond and was released.
