A man from Mt. Vernon, Indiana, sits behind bars at the White County Jail.
Mark Davis was noticed by police at Huck’s. Aware that Davis had an arrest warrant, the police pulled him over once he left Huck’s and advised him of his Unlawful Violation of an Order of Protection warrant.
After Davis was taken to jail, police searched Davis, where authorities found a substance on his person. The substance was tested and came back positive for Methamphetamine.
With that, Davis now faces a felony charge of Possession of Methamphetamine.
