White County will join with 17 other counties throughout southern Illinois lifting off it’s very own Dolly Parton Imagination Library on Wednesday with a launch event at 1pm from the Carmi Public Library. In this episode of Open Line, Jc sits down with Beth Coner, owner at Little Sprouts Learning Center. She sits on the steering committee helping to bring this completely free program to any and all children age 0-5.
