On October 28th, Dylan Desper was sentenced to the IDOC by the Honorable T. Scott Webb as part of a joint recommendation at Desper’s sentencing hearing.
In 2022, Desper was arrested for Theft and given two years probation.
Desper was arrested again in April of this year for Possession of Methamphetamine; with that, his probation was revoked.
Desper will serve 10 years for his Possession charge and an additional three years for the 2022 Theft charge.
