A Carmi woman turned herself in on a White County Warrant over the weekend. On Saturday, January 29th, 41 year old Angel D Newman of 403 E Cherry Street, Carmi, walked into the Carmi Police Department and turned herself in on an outstanding warrant for Retail Theft.
Newman paid bond and was released.
