A call to the Carmi Police Department Tuesday morning in regards to an unruly shopper at the Dollar General resulted in the arrest of a Carmi man. Joe A Murphy 44 of First Street was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. He was booked in the White County Jail where bond was set at $100 plus a $20 booking fee. Murphy paid bond and was released a couple of hours later.
