Mt. Carmel Police cited Timothy L. McKinney, age 38, Wednesday for resisting arrest and public indecency. Police were called to Jumpin Jimmys in reference to an unwanted customer. Police arrived and scene and were told that McKinney exposed himself to the attendant after she refused to serve him. McKinney left prior to the police arriving at the establishment. When police caught up with him in the 800 block of Mulberry Street, he refused to cooperate and resisted arrest. Police cited him for the above-mentioned offenses and he was released.
