A fracas late Monday night has resulted in the arrest of two Carmi residents. According to the report, it was about 10:22 Monday night when Carmi cops were called to a 6th Street residence. 25 year old Caleb Read of Fackney Street is behind bars on felony Aggravated Battery charges. Police also placed 36 year old Sarah Rash in custody; she’s facing misdemeanor charges of Criminal Damage to Property and Battery.
