A 57 year old Mill Shoals man, Tommy D. Clark will be spending the next 10 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections after being sentenced Wednesday morning in White County Court on a Class X Felony Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver. His sentence will be followed by 3 years of Mandatory Supervised Release. Clark was arrested by the Southern Illinois Drug Task Force with assistance from the White County Sheriff’s Department following the execution of a search warrant at his residence in Mill Shoals in December. Clark was represented by Public Defender Brian Shinkle. Judge T. Scott Webb was the presiding judge.
