A 19 year old McLeansboro man has a preliminary hearing scheduled for today (Wednesday) following his arrest by McLeansboro Police on August 22nd. He’s being charged with 12 counts of Child Pornography, two of those charges include possession. Hatfield also has a charge that dates back to June of this year for Unlawful Restraint of another individual. Hamilton County States Attorney Justin Hood is the prosecutor while Hatfield has been assigned public defender Nathan Rowland.
